GitHub deployments with PR previews and wildcard TLS support

Branch deployments from GitHub, automatic PR preview environments, and a simple wildcard domain management. If you're familiar with Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare Pages, this is very similar but on your own Kubernetes cluster.
